Terms of Service
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and GeoDxT Technologies ("we", "us") for your use of DocSuite. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use DocSuite for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
1. The service
DocSuite helps survey offices keep track of clients, projects, documents, quotations, invoices and payments. We may improve or change features over time. We will tell you in advance about changes that significantly reduce what you can do.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Your data
You own everything you put into DocSuite: client details, project records, documents and payment records. We only use it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time and delete it by deleting your account.
You are responsible for having the right to store the information you upload, including your clients' personal data, and for using it lawfully.
4. Plans and payment
- The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on our pricing page.
- Pro is paid in advance for a fixed period (currently NGN 25,000 / year) through our payment provider, Paystack. Pro runs until the end date shown on your Billing page.
- We never charge you automatically. To keep Pro, you renew before the end date.
- If Pro ends, your data is kept; Free plan limits apply until you renew.
- Prices may change. A price change only applies to payments made after it.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use DocSuite to break the law, to store material you have no right to store, to upload malware, to try to access other people's accounts or data, or to overload or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and backups
We work to keep DocSuite available and to back up data daily, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. Keep your own copies of documents that are critical to your business.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may close accounts that break these terms, after giving notice where reasonable, and will give you a chance to export your data unless the law prevents it.
8. Liability
DocSuite is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use DocSuite after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
