Common questions
- How do I put my office name on invoices?
- Open your name in the top menu → Profile & office, and fill in office name, phone and address. They appear on every quotation, invoice and receipt.
- How do I record a client's payment?
- Open the project and use Record a payment. Each payment gets its own printable receipt, and the balance updates straight away.
- How do I print or send a quotation, invoice or receipt?
- Open it from the project page and press Print / Save as PDF. Choose "Save as PDF" in the print window to get a file you can email or send on WhatsApp.
- Which survey plan file gives the best result?
- The CAD file (DWG or DXF). DocSuite reads every beacon's exact coordinates from it and calculates bearings, distances and area. A PDF exported from AutoCAD gives the title block and printed coordinates. For scans and photos you type the details, or paste the coordinate list from your survey software. You always check the details before they are saved.
- How do I share a survey plan with a client?
- Open the plan and press Create share link, then send it by WhatsApp or email. Your client sees the details, beacons, map location and a Google Earth file. You decide whether they can download the original file, and you can stop sharing at any time.
- Who can see my documents?
- Only you. Files are stored privately and are only downloadable after you sign in. They are never on a public link.
- What happens when my Pro plan ends?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep all your projects, clients and files; you just can't add more than 5 active projects or upload past the Free storage limit until you renew. You're never charged automatically.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes, any time. Use Export data in the top menu to download your clients, projects and payments as spreadsheets.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Profile & office → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, clients, projects and files.
